20 years experience as an IT-consultant and CTO, both in Norway and internationally. Expert resource for a lot of large java and open source products since 1995. Speaker at local (Norwegian Computer Society, various conferences) and international conferences (JavaZone in Norway, Component Computing in Finland), teacher and presenter at company-internal courses throughout Europa and an ambassador for sharing experiences and knowledge. Has experience with a lot of business domains through a lot of different projects.

Currently working for Webstep in Norway with focus on enterprise- and solution architecture, coaching development teams and delivering solutions on open source and java platforms.
