Bad:

All rooms in same building. Too many interupts in coding sessions. 3 hours coding session. Missing presentations on wiki (up-ed too long after) More infrastructure (ready template, source repo) Updated agenda, the agenda was contained errors Too long without food. (13:00 -> 21:00) Infrastructure, source control systems. Better to do it in the week.

Try:

More continious coding. Free massages Lock on doors Lock the group rooms, so stuff can be left there. More time for the hottub
