Agile developers keep their work transparent and take pride in their craftmanship. They remain loyal to their Programming Ethics and strive to work more efficiently.

When it comes to it, this level of agile is what it's all about. Most of the litterature focuses on the individual level, so we won't dwelve deeply into this now. Instead, head back to Agile and read on from there.

Good signs

• You continously read books on software development
• You read blogs and articles regularly
• You participate in Agile Communities and activities

Bad signs

• You don't have time for keeping up with all that modern stuff
• You don't think agile works for your or your organization/work
