Coordinating architect

• coordinate tech leads.
• evaluated at FAT, Sprint review, CRs
• Should sit close to the teams (in an open landscape?).
• Participate (as chicken) on different stand-up meetings.

Separate role for QA

• Separate Competence Manager with responsibility for QA.
