Abstract
Here you will get an overview of the service categorization model used in a ship broker solution developed for to two major Norwegian ship brokers. We will show how categorized services provide a cleaner, more flexible and maintainable architecture. Examples of services from the different categories will be given and the demands for the different types of services will be highlighted
