Calais delivers an RDF format. It would probably be a good idea to look at RDF store rather than a database direct - especially if it supports RQL.

Other possibilities for representation : RDF Schema, OWL

Basic app that takes URLS, crawls, passes to analyzer, stores result and allows navigation of ontology.
