ACS NAG function

To help the company in keeping the data quality of the persons in ACS updated, the system has a NAG-button which pop up on incomplete profiles so users can inform each other that their profile is incomplete or outdated. Pressing the button provides a pop-up where you can inform the person why you need an update, and the feature provide the following mail to the person in question.

Subject: Ole Hansen has indicated that you should update your data in ACS

Hi Per Hansen.

A colleague of yours, Ole Hansen, has indicated that you should update your CV in ACS with the message:

"I need you to update your experience regarding search engines"

Missing elements in your profile include: - No picture - Does not have at least one set of technology - Does not have at least four entries in experience and workplace combined - Does not have at least one entry in education - Has not filled in at least one valid CV
